Our team in Fife are currently on the lookout for a Team Leader to join them on a 18 month Fixed Term contract, full-time basis (36.25 hours). You'll be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that will lead and inspire staff to deliver excellent support to the individuals we support as well as their families, carers and other stakeholders.

As Team Leader, your main aim will be to ensure that the needs of both individuals we support within our services in Dunfermline & St.Andrews are met. You will take a person centred and outcomes focused approach, and will coach, mentor and support the development of your staff team and be committed to developing positive relationships with the people we support, their families and carers and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our services, including the delivery of direct support.

To take on this exciting opportunity, it's essential that you’ll bring a track record of delivering high quality, person-centred support and have an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF level 7 (SVQ Level 3) or equivalent to meet SSSC registration requirements. The successful candidate will also be required to complete a PDA in Management.

The successful candidate will also be needed to undertake formal on-call duties.
