Welcome to a different kind of care role. As we lead the way in delivering care and support we're looking for honest, caring and creative individuals to join our Local Care & Support Team in Portlethen and Stonehaven. We have various full-time and part-time contracts available.

At Cornerstone we always put the people we support at the heart of everything we do. By becoming one of our Team Members we'll guarantee you lots of job satisfaction through teamwork, trust and the ability to make decisions that'll benefit the individuals you support. Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and behaviours and will invest in you by giving you all the skills you'll need including SVQ qualifications through our award winning Training Academy.

As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service do include early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights and public holidays so we will need you to be flexible.

As a valued part of our team you'll help us to:-

* Enable the individuals we support to lead a valued life - the life they choose.
* Plan work schedules around the needs of the people we support.
* Overcome challenges and assist the people we support to achieve their goals.

If you're successful to become a Cornerstone Team Member you will be on our new pay grade of £10.00 per hour. Your benefits package will include generous annual leave, 45 pence per mile for travel expenses, Group Personal Pension, Group Life Assurance and exclusive access to Cornerstone Perks where you can take advantage of brilliant online discounted offers on a wide range of products and services. During training you will also be paid for your time.

This is a new post in our pioneering model and is still subject to consultation.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare.

So if you're looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and empowering environment, what are you waiting for? Apply today! We'd love to hear from you.
