We are now looking for caring, creative and motivated individuals to join our teams across Moray, we have part-time (20 hour) contracts available and relief opportunities.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver invaluable assistance by providing personalised and flexible support based on the assessed needs of each person, helping them grow in confidence and meet their goals. You will have the ability to empower the people we support and encourage independence at all times, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work sensitively and maintain confidentiality at all times. Our shift patterns include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays as these are essential to our services.

Although it would be great if you already have an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF level 7 (SVQ Level 3), this isn't essential if you're bringing values that match ours and are prepared to work towards gaining this qualification. You will also need to gain this qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
