With exciting times ahead and as our services continue to grow, we're on the look out for a full-time (39 hours) and relief Support Workers to join our team at Forrest Walk in Uphall.

Forrest Walk is an energetic, fast paced and friendly service where our team pride themselves on working together to make a really positive difference in the lives of people we support. Providing Residential, Respite and Day Care services, we work closely with the people we support, their families & carers and external stakeholders to encourage independence and help individuals recognise and reach their potential.

The job satisfaction you'll get is second to none. You'll be providing invaluable support to individuals with different support needs and will help them to grow in confidence, meet their goals and play an active role within their local communities. You'll take a personalised and flexible approach based on the needs of each individual and will support their day to day personal needs; including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal hygiene and medication. We're also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative when supporting individuals with their hobbies & interests.

If you're successful in joining our team, our services run 24/7, so we will need you to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, waking nights, sleepovers and public holidays as these are essential to ensure that we provide excellent round the clock support.
