Our Community Support Team in the Scottish Borders are looking for a caring, motivated, flexible and creative part-time Support Worker (20 hours) on a fixed term basis for a year and relief Support Workers. You'll provide support to individuals living in Kelso and Galashiels areas. For this particular vacancy we will need you to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Joining our Community Support Team means that you'll provide invaluable support to individuals who have various disabilities and additional support needs. The great thing about this job is that no two days are ever the same. The support you'll give can range from assisting with morning and night-time routines to encouraging and supporting individuals with their hobbies, interests and aspirations. With your help we'll continue to enable the people we support to live independently and play an active role within their local communities.

If you're successful in joining our team, shift patterns will include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and public holidays as these are essential to ensure that we provide excellent support tailored to the needs of each individual.
