Welcome to a different kind of care role. As we lead the way in delivering care and support we are now on the lookout for a friendly and reliable individual with upbeat personality to join our Local Care & Support Team in Banff on a permanent basis (20hr and 39hr contracts available).

Old School Place is a relaxed 24hrs service which supports one male in his own lovely bungalow. Although you are part of a team this role involves lone working as well as team working. Our gentleman enjoys getting out in the community, attending a range of activities, going out for meals and going on trips away. He also enjoys cooking and baking. This is a non verbal service and we provide personal care and help our gentleman to live a fulfilling life and enjoy everything he wants to.

As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service do include early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays so we will need you to be flexible.

Drivers licence essential

The candidate should be willing work as part of a self organising team and must be willing to positively contribute to our team and to develop the skills to be a successful team member. Someone who has a positive attitude to be self managing.

We would ideally be looking for someone with at least some care experience but if the personality matched the service we would be happy for them join to our team.
