Our Cornerstone Foundation is growing and we have a great opportunity for a caring and professional individual to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen as Team Co-ordinator.

The particular focus of this role is to support our fundraising activities, internal recording and disbursement of funds, coordination of meetings and events, keeping up to date record and providing support to Foundation colleagues.

You will ensure exceptional administrative support is given to the Leader of the Cornerstone Foundation, your Cornerstone Foundation colleagues, stakeholders, supporters and the wider organisation when needed.

We need you to bring:

* Administration and support experience
* Great IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Database
* Experience of working with financial documents
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Ability to produce high quality, accurate work to tight deadlines
* Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
* Ability to respond flexibly to emerging and changing circumstances

It's desirable that you will have obtained at least one of the following, but we are more interested in your values and your attitude than we are your qualifications:

* National 4 in at least three subjects
* National 5 in at least two subjects
* National Certificate in Administration
