We’re now on the lookout for caring, positive and self-motivated people to work across our diverse teams in Moray as a Relief Support Worker.

We have a variety of shifts that are offered out to our relief team, these include mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

You'll support day to day needs of the people we support with a focus on enhancing daily living skills, reducing social isolation through activities and community links and helping to maintain or improve independence. We adopt a positive risk taking, person centred approach to provide the highest quality support to enable individuals to achieve potential. We have a clear focus on supporting individuals to set and reach meaningful outcomes and aspirations that will enable them to live a valued life.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare.
