Welcome to a different kind of care role. As we lead the way in delivering care and support we're looking for a caring, fun and motivated Team Members (up to 30 hours) to join our new Local Care & Support Team in Dundee.

As a member of our team you'll support three individuals within their own shared home. Your main aim will be supporting their day to day personal needs including shopping, finances, cooking, housework, personal care and medication. With all of the individuals enjoying being part of their local community, we'll also need you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting them with their hobbies and interests including dominoes, knitting, boccia classes, days out, going to shows and holidays.

As a valued part of our team you'll help us to:-

* Enable the individuals we support to lead a valued life - the life they choose.
* Plan work schedules around the needs of the people we support.
* Overcome challenges and assist the people we support to achieve their goals.

If you are successful to become a Cornerstone Team Member you will be on our new pay grade of £10.00 per hour. Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare.
