Everyone wants a job they enjoy, a job that's meaningful..... we can give you that!

Our amazing #TeamBirchview in Elgin are on the lookout for three new caring, compassionate and motivated part-time (20 or 30 hours) colleagues on a permanent basis.

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who provides respite support to carers and their families. Our respite facility allows carers and families to have some time to themselves safe in the knowledge that their loved one is being well looked after.

We support individuals with various support needs during their short-term break with us and our team work hard to make sure that their stay is one to be remembered. You'll not only provide support with all aspects of daily living, youÂ’ll also support the individuals to take part in various activities throughout their stay, these include bowling, going to the cinema, going out for a cuppa and discos (once restrictions are lifted).

Although experience in a caring or supportive role would be great, it's not essential as we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll give you all the training you'll need; we'll even support you to gain your SVQ qualification too!

We support the individuals 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are dedicated to providing the very best around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual. Shift patterns do include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights and public holidays.

A job at Cornerstone is more than just a job. You'll make a difference every day, be part of a great team, learn lots of new skills and be encouraged and inspired to reach your potential. What are you waiting for? Apply today! We'd love to hear from you.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a Cornerstone Chat by video on 7th or 8th December 2020.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
