Are you caring and bubbly with a can-do attitude? Do you enjoy being active and getting out and about? Look no further as we're looking for someone like you to join our amazing #TeamParkholme in Lossiemouth on a part-time (20 hours) basis! For this vacancy we will need you to hold a full UK driving license.

Parkholme is home to six adults with learning & physical disabilities. As a Support Worker your main aim will be supporting the individuals with all aspects of daily living. You'll become part of a warm, friendly and dedicated team where we'll guarantee you lots of fun and laughter.

All of the individuals we support enjoy getting out and about and being part of their local community, so part of your role will also be supporting them with their hobbies too. Some of their interests include going to the local cafes, outings, arts & crafts, swimming, horse riding, films and music. With your help we'll make sure that the individuals we support can live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.

You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We have our own Training Academy that''ll give you all the skills you'll needÂ…. we'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, which is tailored to the needs of each individual shift patterns can start anywhere from 0730 hours and finish up until 2200 hours, 7 days a week.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
