Everyone wants a job they enjoy..... we can give you that!

Our amazing #TeamNew Deer are on the lookout for new caring, compassionate and motivated colleagues to join them on a permanent part-time, full-time and relief basis.

You'll become part of a friendly, welcoming team who supports eight individuals who are all on the Autism spectrum. There's never a dull moment at New Deer, no two days are ever the same and you'll always be kept on your toes!

You'll provide invaluable support with all aspects of daily living, including medication, meal preparation, housework and personal care. As the individuals also love keeping active and being part of their local community, we're also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative when supporting them with their hobbies and interests too. Some of these include walking, rebound therapy, wall climbing and swimming.

You don't need experience or qualifications to join our team, we recruit on recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll give you all the training you'll need and we'll even support you to get your SVQ qualification too!

As we're dedicated to providing the very best around the clock support possible, shift patterns within the team do include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.

A career at Cornerstone is more than just a job. You'll make a difference every day, be part of a great team, learn lots of new skills and be encouraged and inspired to reach your potential. What are you waiting for? Apply today! We'd love to hear from you.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a Cornerstone Chat by video on 7th December 2020.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
