Salary: £20,483 - £20,483 per annum (part time pro rata)

Our amazing #TeamPackman in Buckie are now on the lookout for a *female colleague to join them on a part-time basis (25 hours). So, if you're caring and patient with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, you could be just who we're looking for! For this opportunity we are ideally looking for someone with a full driving license.

We pay our Team Members £10.10 an hour! The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. As a Team Member you'll become part of a self-organised team. You'll not only be involved in providing support, you'll also get the chance to be involved in other areas of running the team including rota planning, finance, medication, health and safety and recruitment.

Your main aim will be to provide support to a fun-loving lady who has transitioned into her own tenancy with Cornerstone. You'll assist with all aspects of her daily life including cooking, housework & personal care. We'll also need you to be enthusiastic about supporting her with hobbies and interests too, these include swimming, bingo, going to the cinema, days out and a variety of in-house activities.

We're looking for someone who will appreciate the importance of providing consistency as the lady does have the potential to display behaviour that challenges, however we're confident that with consistency, training and professional input aims this will be kept to a minimum. This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and innovative new team and help shape the support we offer.

Don't have experience, don't worry, here at Cornerstone we recruit on values and transferrable skills. It's not about what experience and qualifications you have, we're interested in what you as an individual will bring to our team. We have our own Training Academy who'll support you by giving you all the skills you'll need. We'll even put you through your SVQ too.

As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service usually fall into shift patterns of 1300-1800 hours, 1300-0700 hours the next day (includes a sleepover) or 0700-1300 hours the next day (includes a sleepover) and working one weekend in two.

Sound interesting? What are you waiting for? Apply Today! We'd love to hear from you.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video interview on 11th March 2021.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

This is a new post in our pioneering model and is still subject to consultation.
