Our team in Dunfermline are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Support Assistant to join them on a fixed term part-time (16 hours per week) basis to cover maternity leave. If you're successful in joining our team, our service runs 24/7, so we will need you to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays as these are essential to ensure that we provide excellent round the clock support.

You’ll be based in our service which has been specifically designed to provide a shared home for four female tenants with different complex support needs, where our friendly and dedicated team offer direct personalised and flexible support based on the assessed needs of each individual.

By joining our team as a Support Assistant, you’ll support the day to day needs of each of the ladies we support with a focus on encouraging and maintaining independence and reducing social isolation. We’re also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative with supporting each of the ladies with their hobbies and interests.

Don't have experience in a care setting? Please don't be put off, for our Support Assistant roles we are looking for the right people who share our passion and values. We'll invest in you by giving you the skills you need with our excellent training programme.
