Are you patient, flexible, friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour? Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference every day? Look no further! Our amazing #TeamUpperArnha in Ellon are on the lookout for two new part-time (25 hours per week) colleagues.

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who supports three gentlemen to live in their own home. Your main aim will be supporting the gentlemen with their day to day needs which include shopping, finances, cooking and housework.

With all three gentleman enjoying being active, we're also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting them with their hobbies and interests which include baking, swimming, pool, watching football, the cinema, music and attending activities and events in their local community (once current restrictions are lifted).

We support the three gentleman 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are dedicated to providing the very best around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual. Shift patterns do include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.

Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need; we'll even support you to gain your SVQ qualification too!
