Ready for a career packed full of job satisfaction? Where you can make a huge difference to someone? Then read on as we have the role for you!

It's an exciting time for us as we take on a brand new care package, so we're now on the lookout for caring, flexible colleagues to join our #TeamFinavon in Dundee. We have various 16 – 30 hour contracts available and we pay our Team Members £10.10 an hour!

Don't have experience? Don't worry, we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need; we'll even support you to gain your SVQ qualification too!

You'll become part of a team who supports three gentlemen who all have physical disabilities to live in their own tenancies. You'll support with all aspects of daily living including cooking, housework, shopping, medication and personal care.

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. As a Team Member you'll become part of a self-organised team, so you'll not only be involved in providing support, you'll also get the chance to be involved in other areas of running the team including rota planning, finance, medication, health and safety and recruitment.

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns will usually fall into patterns between the hours of 0700-2300 hours with sleepovers & weekend working on a rotational basis.

A job at Cornerstone is more than just a job. You'll make a difference every day, be part of a great team, learn lots of new skills and be encouraged and inspired to reach your potential. What are you waiting for? Apply today! We'd love to hear from you.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a Cornerstone Chat by Zoom video on Tuesday 8th or Wednesday 9th December 2020.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

This is a new post in our pioneering model and is still subject to consultation.
