Our team in Fife are on the look out for a caring, patient, flexible and creative colleagues to join them on a permanent 32 hours per week and relief basis in St Andrews. If you’re successful in joining our team on a 32 hour contract you will work two 16 hour shifts per week plus sleepovers.

As Support Assistant, you will be providing support for a lady within a residential setting. Your main aim will be looking after her day to day personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care and medication. With a focus on increasing independence and community activity, we are looking for someone who will be creative and enthusiastic about sourcing new activities with a keen interest in the outdoors.

By taking a person centred and outcomes focused approach, you will get to know her as an individual, encourage her independence and help her recognise their potential while also building good trusting relationships with their families and Health & Social Care professionals.
